KALUHA

2 ¾ cups sugar

¾ cup dark karo syrup

¾ of 2 oz. Jar instant coffee

2 oz. Pure vanilla extract

1 Fifth of Vodka

Dissolve sugar and karo with 2 cups boiling water. Dissolve coffee with 1 cup boiling water. Pour into gallon jug and let cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Let set for 4 weeks.

 

GRAND MARNIER LIQUER

1 cup sugar

½ cup water

3 cups brandy

2 tbsp orange extract

Dissolve sugar in almost boiling water. Place over low heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Cool. Add Brandy and orange extract. Pour into container with tight lid. Shake or stir each day for 10 days.

 

AMARETTO

1 lb. dark brown sugar

3 cups white sugar

6 cups water

2 2-ounce bottles almond extract

½ gallon vodka

Put sugars in pan with water on low heat to dissolve. Remove from heat. Cool Add vodka and Almond extract. Let stand for ½ hour. Bottle and drink.
